Shipping Policy (Kuwait)
- Delivery Timeframe: We proudly offer fast and reliable delivery across all governorates in Kuwait. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
- Delivery Fees: A standard local delivery fee applies to all orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Enjoy free delivery on orders over 30 KD.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp with your delivery details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction and your baby’s safety are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of baby and maternal care products, we have a strict but fair return policy:
Refund Process: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Eligible Items: Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened feeding items (bottles, silicone spoons, bowls), pacifiers, teethers, bath sponges, or worn maternity support garments unless they are defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@umnkw.com, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
